The sulphur substances that can cause bad odor and irritation of the stomach mucous membranes are converted, while the garlic's active ingredients are concentrated and become easily absorbed.

Compared to fresh garlic, stored garlic extract contains only small amounts of allicin and alliin. What is found in larger and stable amounts, however, is the water-soluble sulphur compound S-allyl cysteine (SAC). The result of this patented production method is a tablet that is 20 times more concentrated than fresh garlic on desired substances such as SAC.
