Francisco Gomez is a Spanish company that produces premium wines and olive oils, based north of Alicante. While maximizing their production system thanks to modern infrastructure, Francisco Gomez operates in an environmentally friendly way: respect for the environment and for local knowledge is part of the company's philosophy. The oil is made from the first olives of the variety called Aberquina, picked from the best parcels of the estate when they begin to ripen and are not yet ripe. The early picking results in fruity aromas and an oil rich in antioxidants. It is dense, liquid, balanced and sweet in taste.
